We accept returns and exchanges for NON-CUSTOM items.  (please read details)

** For NON-CUSTOM Orders: 

1. Please Contact us within 24 hours of tracking delivery and ship items back within 7 days of tracking delivery.  

--Returned items, can not be used, worn or stained and must be in all original package.   

--Buyer pays return shipping, with tracking and the tracking number provided to Touch Of Glam Gifts within 24 hours of shipping.  

--Buyer must get a receipt from the post office, with the tracking number, showing shipping return address. 

--Next, email a picture of the receipt when shipped. (Hello@TouchOfGlamGifts.com)

CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS: 

Our goal is to have satisfied customers.   Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product tracking delivery.

1. If there's a problem with the item, contact us within 14 days of tracking delivery! This is very important so we can contact our manufacture within their required time frame, if there's a mistake on their part!

2. Take a picture of the defect and contact us and we'll make it right, by either refunding your money, or replacing it.   

Custom orders, or digital downloads are non-refundable. Please contact us if there's any problems with your item or defects with item or item was damaged in shipping and we'll make it right.

Custom orders include: All luggage, all luggage tags and all items with initials or personalized names.

Luggage Warranty :

What's the 1 year warranty on the luggage? (within 30 days of tracking delivery)

We individually inspect each piece of luggage to ensure that there are no defects in materials or workmanship. Please inspect your luggage upon tracking delivery. Should you find a defect, within 30 days of tracking delivery, please message us & provide close pictures of defect & front & back pictures of your suitcase @ hello@touchofglamgifts.com

This 1 year luggage warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor any consequential damages, nor repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by public carriers i.e. airlines. If your luggage is damaged by carriers while in transit, you must claim with the transit carrier concerned immediately.

1 year Luggage Warranty: 30 days after tracking delivery, If luggage has a defect, please message us to determine if a defect exists.
If a defect becomes apparent during warranty period TouchOfGlam, LLC will, repair or replace with the same or similar style of equal value.

You must pay shipping costs to return the luggage. A Return Shipping Address will be provided. Please use tracking or shipping insurance. TouchOfGlam, LLC is not responsible for returned product that is lost in mail.
