What to expect when you place an order with us

1. Can you cancel an order? You have one hour to cancel, before your order goes into production. (If you have any questions, please message us before you place your order.)

2. What's our return policy? Answer:  Returns and exchanges are not supported, if the item is a custom design. Our goal is to have 100% satisfied customers. However, in case of a damaged product in shipping or our human error or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us, with pictures of error, within 7 days of tracking delivery.

If the item is non-custom, you have 7 days from tracking delivery to contact us.

3. What is our shipping time? Each item will state in the description, the shipping delivery time, as each item will have a different delivery time. See full details here: https://touchofglamgifts.com/policies/shipping-policy

- You will get an order confirmation sent to your Email, directly after placing the order- with a tracking number, when your order is ready to ship.

- We give personalized attention to every detail of your custom design. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

-We LOVE Reviews! About 30 days after we ship your order, we'll send an email to Review your purchase & Let us know what you think... 

This gives you time to open & enjoy your products... OR to contact us if there's any problems so we can fix it! (we love reviews about our customer service, in case we need to help track a package, etc).

- 10 days after your first Review email, you'll receive one more reminder email to review your product, in case you forgot! :)

If there is a lost package in the mail, we'll fill out a form to let the postal carrier know and give it a few days for them to find it.

If there's any defects or printing errors, let us know!  Please take good pictures and we'll submit to our manufacturer, if it follows our Refund Policy.
